Sul ruolo
Prima is hiring a Data Engineering Manager for its Price Engineering team, leading 3 to 6 engineers. The role owns the technical roadmap and architectural decisions, aligning delivery with business priorities while ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability and security.
Candidates need at least five years of hands-on development experience and two years in engineering leadership. Python is preferred, alongside cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS and Databricks. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, adapting team processes, gathering business requirements and guiding initiatives through delivery. A relevant master’s degree is required; domain-driven design, event-driven architectures and microservices experience are desirable.
