Sul ruolo
Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform, and this Data Scientist will develop the models and algorithms behind its analytics capabilities. The work includes classifying and structuring data, pre-labeling information to reduce manual setup, and generating insights, predictions, and recommendations for customers.
You’ll work with machine learning engineers to move models into scalable production systems, while partnering with product and engineering to shape data structures and solve ambiguous business problems. The role calls for applied data science experience, a strong grounding in statistics and experimental design, Python, SQL, and experience building and evaluating production models. Experience with weak supervision, recommendation systems, or workflow automation is useful.
