Sidea Group is hiring a Data Scientist to join its team in Bari, working hybrid with smart working flexibility. This role sits at the center of that mission, building and maintaining machine learning models that drive business outcomes.
You will design and deploy end-to-end ML models for classification and predictive scoring, both in real time and batch, on Google Cloud Platform. The position involves managing the full model lifecycle, including drift detection, retraining, and optimization, while contributing to MLOps best practices. You will also perform exploratory analysis and feature engineering, collaborating closely with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts. Mentoring other data scientists and promoting analytical excellence are part of the job.
