Forward Deployed AI Engineer, Italy - BCG X

BCG X, the technology and design arm of Boston Consulting Group, is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer in Milan. The team owns the full analytics value chain, from framing business challenges and designing algorithms to deploying scalable AI solutions and helping clients adopt them. You will work across BCG regions and industries, including topics such as climate change, and contribute to thought leadership, papers, and conferences.

The role suits someone who enjoys software engineering as much as applied AI. You will apply robust development practices, take part in every stage of the software lifecycle, guide non-technical teams on engineering best practices, and optimise algorithms and software design. The stack spans Python, Java or Scala, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark, AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker.
