Sul ruolo

Amplifon is hiring a Global Data & AI Adoption Program Manager to lead delivery and global deployment of AI initiatives from planning through operational transition. The Milan-based role connects business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, translating business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans. It also covers program governance, scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and alignment with enterprise standards.

The manager will drive change management, communications, and adoption to help realize business value from AI solutions, while reporting progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Amplifon seeks a candidate with experience managing complex technology or transformation programs, AI initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and engagement with senior executives in global environments. The position is permanent and full time, with a hybrid arrangement allowing six remote days per month.
