Sul ruolo
The Global Data & AI Adoption Sr Specialist supports the rollout of strategic AI initiatives across Amplifon. The role coordinates business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, helping turn business needs into implementation plans and functional or technical specifications. It also tracks project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, and contributes to governance and transition of AI solutions into operational settings.
The position includes change management, communication, and training to encourage adoption across the organization. It also gathers user feedback and prepares updates and reports for stakeholders. Amplifon seeks a candidate with a relevant degree, experience supporting complex AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives, and the ability to work across business and technical teams in international environments. Professional English proficiency is required.
