Sul ruolo

Accenture is hiring a Google Cloud Platform Cloud Data Engineer in Assago or Rome to build and modernize data platforms on Google Cloud. The role covers Big Data architecture, data integration and modeling, analytics, dashboard creation, and automated ETL and predictive pipelines using CI/CD. You will work with services and tools including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Composer, dbt, Fivetran, Spark, Java and Python.

The position also involves assessing existing data platforms, planning transitions to GCP or other cloud vendors, and migrating legacy systems such as Hadoop, Teradata and Netezza. Candidates need at least four years designing, building and delivering Big Data solutions, three years building cloud native pipelines, a STEM degree and a professional Google Cloud or equivalent certification. Accenture offers training and collaboration with certified Cloud Architects and Data Engineers.
