Teach For All is hiring a Head of AI Solutions & Engineering to join its Technology & Innovation team, working globally to identify, prioritise and scale AI-enabled products that accelerate the impact of its network of over 60 partner organisations. You will shape an organisation-wide AI and technology solutions strategy, gather requirements from network partners and internal stakeholders, and deliver tools spanning classroom data collection, fellow professional development, Assessment Centre scheduling and learning platforms.
The role combines strategy, delivery and people leadership. You will manage two solutions engineers and a UI/UX specialist, influence senior leaders, build a community of technology enthusiasts across the network, and ensure solutions are accessible, inclusive and sustainable.
