MET Group is hiring a Head of Analytics in Milan to own the group's analytics operating model and the delivery of analytics products that support fact-based decision making across the business. The role covers governance, process, data and IT architecture principles, and it sits close to the platforms that underpin reporting and analysis.
You will supervise Analytics IT applications including Azure Databricks, MS Power BI and Confluent, plus internally developed tools built on Databricks. The position also involves maintaining data integration from internal and external sources, provisioning data to operational systems such as Endur and CCH Tagetik, and enabling data discovery for quant analysts, FP&A analysts, controllers and risk managers. Standard reports, dashboards, information visualization best practices and the MET Reporting Governance all fall within scope.
