Crosslake Technologies is hiring a Head of Data to lead data engagements for private equity investors and portfolio company leadership teams. You will own senior client relationships on complex data work, building credibility with CDOs, CTOs and other executives while guiding engagements from strategic diagnosis through to practical delivery. The role sits at the intersection of business, technology and data, connecting strategic ambition to the capabilities, operating model changes, investment choices and delivery roadmap required to realise value.
The position suits a consulting leader with deep expertise in data strategy, data transformation and modern data platforms. You will shape problems, develop data strategies, lead complex transformations and drive executive-level storylines, while challenging assumptions and identifying where deeper specialist expertise is needed across data engineering, architecture, governance, analytics, AI.
