Sul ruolo

Hostinger is hiring a Head of Data to bring engineering, governance, reporting, analytics, and product analytics under one accountable function. The role is focused on restoring trust in company data, improving attribution and data quality, and helping teams make decisions with reliable measures such as verified customer acquisition cost.

You will set priorities across the function, build checks and standards, develop self-service tools and data literacy, and create room for data science exploration once core trust and foundations are in place. Hostinger seeks someone who has led data teams at consumer or subscription scale, combines hands-on data engineering and analytics experience, and can connect data work to business outcomes. The role is remote, with work-from-home eligibility stated alongside offices in several countries.
