Sul ruolo

Pelliconi is hiring an IT Demand Manager to connect business departments with its IT team, with a focus on administration, finance and control (AFC), data and analytics, and reporting. The role gathers and analyzes business needs, translates them into technical requirements, prioritizes requests, and manages initiatives from solution identification through implementation. It reports to the Corporate Digital & Information Director and is based onsite in Ozzano dell’Emilia.

The position calls for experience with SAP S/4HANA financial accounting and controlling, plus Azure data services such as Data Factory, Lakehouse and Synapse, Fabric, SQL, and Power BI. The manager will shape the IT project portfolio, monitor delivery against time, cost, and goals, and work with business teams to identify process improvements. Pelliconi seeks a technical or scientific degree, at least five years in similar roles, strong English, and communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
