Sul ruolo

Wolters Kluwer is hiring a Lead AI & Data Platform Engineer in Milan to guide the evolution of a platform combining analytics and agentic AI. The role defines architecture, integrations and engineering standards, translates business objectives into technical solutions and coordinates external technology partners. Responsibilities include designing intelligent agent workflows and working with Product, Analytics and business stakeholders on the roadmap.

Applicants need experience delivering complex data platforms and digital products, technical leadership and strong communication. Data architecture, BI, product engineering and an interest in AI and LLM systems are important. Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks and Power BI are useful additions. The position offers hybrid working in Milan with an advertised salary range of €48,400 to €77,500 and bonus eligibility.
