Sul ruolo

Salesforce is hiring a Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer in Milan to build and deploy agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. The role spans architecture through production handoff, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and integrations with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms. It also includes data modeling and pipelines, agent performance dashboards, customer KPI reporting, and troubleshooting production deployments.

The engineer will partner with customer-facing strategists, own technical outcomes, mentor colleagues, and turn field experience into reusable frameworks and product feedback. Salesforce seeks 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, production AI and LLM experience, deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong data and analytics skills, and business-level Italian and English. Travel to customer sites may be required.
