Sul ruolo
Salesforce is hiring a Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer in Milan to build and deploy agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers. The role spans architecture through production handoff, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and integrations across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms. It also covers data readiness, deployment troubleshooting, performance dashboards, and customer KPI reporting.
You will partner with a Deployment Strategist, shape technical delivery, turn customer challenges into working systems, and feed field insights into Salesforce’s Agentforce roadmap. The role includes mentoring engineers, setting reusable engineering patterns, and supporting critical deployments. Candidates should bring 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, production AI or cloud experience, strong data modeling and analytics skills, Salesforce platform expertise, and business-level Italian and English. Travel to customer sites may be needed.
