WeMaintain is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer to act as the right hand of the CTO on data and the Global Head of Operations on making a 350-person, four-country operation data-driven. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports, split roughly in half between deep work on the data platform and close collaboration with Operations teams in the UK, France, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The company already runs a data lake with dbt on BigQuery and Looker on top, and you will own the modeling layer, define operational KPIs, bring new data sources into the lake, and build analyses the business does not.
