Sul ruolo

Ruby Labs is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to drive analytics across subscription products and acquisition web funnels. Working with Product, Marketing and Data teams, you will define KPIs, investigate conversion and retention, and turn findings into recommendations that improve lifetime value.

The role combines hands-on analysis with ownership of event tracking, reusable SQL models, dashboards and experimentation quality. You will mentor junior and middle analysts and collaborate with Data Engineering and BI. Applicants need at least three years of analytics experience, advanced SQL, subscription or funnel experience, and practical ownership of A/B tests. Candidates in Italy meet the stated time-zone requirement.
