Sul ruolo
Cantina is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to build evaluation systems for speech generation and recognition models. The role spans development and production pipelines, subjective user studies, measurable performance metrics, and automated dashboards for comparing model results. You will also train and fine tune models to capture new evaluation metrics, then work with model, data, and product teams to translate findings into better models and clear product measurement.
As the founding member of the evaluation team, you will establish the team’s evaluation approach and help shape its future growth. Cantina is looking for strong statistical and engineering skills, experience with Mechanical Turk or similar user study platforms, and familiarity with ASR or TTS training at large scale.
