Sul ruolo

Constructor is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer for its Personalization team, improving search and shopping experiences across ecommerce products. The work includes modeling user interactions, researching personalization approaches, validating hypotheses against business KPIs, and collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders. You would design, deliver, and maintain high-load, real-time services.

The role requires at least three years of applied machine learning experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and experience shipping and maintaining production personalization, recommender, or ranking systems. A/B testing experience and clear communication of business value are also expected. The team works remotely and offers a home office stipend, training budget, stock options, and unlimited vacation.
