Mid-Level AI Engineer

TensorOps is hiring a Mid-Level AI Engineer to work across client engagements, taking AI systems from prototype to production-grade deployment. The consultancy builds agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG systems and ML-driven products on AWS, GCP and Azure, and says it is 100% remote by design.

You will design, build and deploy production ML and LLM systems, own technical delivery end to end from architecture through monitoring and iteration, and work directly with client engineering and product teams to turn business needs into scoped solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior ML engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, and helping shape internal best practices and tooling as the team grows.
