Sul ruolo

GR8 Tech is hiring a Middle Data Engineer to scale and stabilize the data infrastructure behind its real-time analytics and decision systems. The work includes building ingestion pipelines for internal services and external event streams, transforming raw data into production-grade data marts, and maintaining semantic models that keep metrics consistent across reporting. The engineer will also improve data quality checks, pipeline observability, query performance, and data governance.

The role combines hands-on data engineering with platform operations. You’ll work with SQL databases and analytical warehouses, distributed processing and streaming tools, Python, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and analysts to turn business logic into maintainable systems, and contribute through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
