Sul ruolo

Fundamental is hiring an MLOps Team Lead to build and guide the infrastructure that moves its tabular foundation models from research into production. The role leads and mentors MLOps engineers, sets the team roadmap and operating standards, and owns technical decisions on infrastructure architecture and tooling. It also partners with research and model-serving teams on scalable pipelines, deployment workflows, inference constraints, and model reliability.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in MLOps, including 5+ years in technical leadership, plus experience building MLOps infrastructure and teams from the ground up. The work spans Python, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, model-serving frameworks, data pipelines, and observability. Familiarity with workflow orchestration, data platforms, or foundation model serving is useful.
