Sul ruolo

Aptura AI seeks a People Operations AI Research Contributor to create realistic Excel tasks that evaluate AI performance on people operations work. Tasks cover headcount planning, compensation models and people analytics, including extending spreadsheets, repairing broken models and building from briefs. Contributors solve each task and write precise yes-or-no grading criteria.

Applicants need at least three years in people operations, HR analytics, total rewards or workforce planning, strong practical Excel skills and clear written English. The independent contractor project starts immediately, lasts approximately four to six weeks and offers flexible scheduling. Payment is task-based, with weekly payments following completion. Onboarding requires an original, human-written brief and human-built input workbooks; selection depends on written task-proposal approval.
