Sul ruolo

Wolters Kluwer Italia is hiring a PMO & Data Analyst for its Professional Services function in the Tax & Accounting division. The role splits its time between data analysis and PMO work, using operational and business data to monitor delivery performance, identify trends and inefficiencies, and give managers evidence for decisions. The analyst will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, define KPIs, and help maintain reliable performance metrics.

The PMO side supports the Field Service platform in Italy, working with European teams and coordinating cross-functional improvement initiatives. The position also involves process analysis, stakeholder feedback, and support for organizational governance. Candidates should bring 2-4 years in a relevant analyst or PMO role, strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills, and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations. SQL, Power Query, DAX, and ERP or CRM experience are useful additions.
