PMO Data Analyst

Scalian is hiring a PMO Data Analyst in Milan to support project scheduling and reporting across bids and ongoing business projects. You will consolidate project and bid data from stakeholders, maintain accurate schedules, and ensure data consistency across planning and reporting tools.

The role centres on data integration and reporting. You will create and update project schedules in Primavera P6 Professional, maintain WBS structures and activity coding, and generate dashboards for PMO and management. Weekly interviews with bid and project managers will feed milestone data into Primavera, Excel, and web platforms, while you cross-check records across Primavera, SharePoint, and SmartBid.
