Sul ruolo
Aptura AI seeks real estate professionals to create Excel tasks that evaluate AI modelling capabilities. Contributors will draw on investment, development or lending experience to extend models, repair workbooks and build models from briefs. Each task requires a verified solution and precise yes-or-no grading criteria.
Applicants need at least three years of relevant real estate experience, strong written English and hands-on expertise in acquisition models, development models and promote waterfalls. The independent contractor project lasts approximately four to six weeks, with an immediate start and flexible scheduling. Applicants must submit original, human-built workbooks using sanitised or public data, without AI assistance. Onboarding does not guarantee selection.
