Sul ruolo
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior AI Compute Engineer for its Infrastructure Specialists team, with Italy explicitly included among the remote locations. The role supports large AI factory projects through deployment, management and maintenance of customer infrastructure, combining system design, networking, automation and direct customer collaboration.
You will act as a domain expert from planning through implementation, produce handover documentation and transfer knowledge to customer teams. The posting requires eight or more years in data-centre deployment and support, strong Linux administration, networking and monitoring experience, and the ability to resolve blocking issues with limited supervision. Kubernetes, GPU or training/inference experience and scripting are advantages. Excellent English and organisational skills are required. Italy-specific salary ranges are advertised separately for levels four and five, so a single compensation band is not inferred.
