Sul ruolo

FinecoBank is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its Artificial Intelligence team in Milan. You will design, develop, and bring AI solutions into production, with a focus on generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows. The role works across AI engineering, research, data engineering, and product management to turn business needs into reliable, measurable services.

The work spans document preparation and retrieval pipelines, evaluation benchmarks, Python services, and production monitoring. You will contribute to architecture and technical decisions, manage operational issues, and help colleagues grow through technical discussion and code review. Fineco seeks hands-on experience taking AI/ML projects or components into production, practical LLM and RAG expertise, and strong software engineering skills. Cloud, containers, and release and monitoring processes are also part of the requirements.
