Sul ruolo

AppFollow is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for its Product Neuro Forge Team to build AI features around app reviews and ratings. The work spans research, prototyping, production deployment, monitoring, and iteration, with applications including feedback categorization, summarization, reply generation, semantic search, anomaly detection, and conversational tools. The engineer will work with commercial LLM APIs and open source models, and collaborate with backend and platform teams to ship product services and APIs.

The role calls for 5+ years of software development experience and 3+ years of hands-on ML/NLP experience shipping models to production. Practical experience with Python, LLMs, RAG, model fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and FastAPI is requested. The position is fully remote and limited to the EU.
