Sul ruolo
Sibill is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build production AI products for its financial and accounting platform for small businesses and accountants. Reporting to the Head of AI, you will work with data, engineering, infrastructure, product, and design teams on problems involving cash flows, bank transactions, invoices, and accounting records.
The work spans discovery, system design, deployment, and ongoing quality improvement. Projects may include improving transaction reconciliation with re-ranking, building retrieval and memory capabilities for AI agents, and training and evaluating a language model for Italian bank transactions. The role requires strong foundations in machine learning and statistics, modern Python and software engineering practices, and experience delivering AI applications used at scale. Italian residence is required, with a short Milan onboarding period; compensation is €80,000-€100,000 gross annual salary.
