Sul ruolo
team.blue is building an AI layer across its digital services, and this role combines applied model work with production engineering. You would develop and evaluate LLMs, build retrieval and voice systems, and bring agentic workflows into reliable, latency-sensitive production use. The work spans experimentation, inference, observability, and model lifecycle management.
The position also sets technical direction across the group. You would define architecture and standards, lead design reviews, mentor ML engineers and applied scientists, and work with product and commercial teams to turn business needs into measurable ML problems.
