Sul ruolo
Distru is hiring a Senior AI Product Engineer to build a standalone agentic product that connects business systems such as ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, email, and analytics. Working directly with the CTO, the engineer will architect and build a production multi-agent system, create MCP integrations, and own reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
The role combines hands-on engineering with product ownership. The hire will scope problems, make architecture and tradeoff decisions, and ship with minimal oversight while collaborating with product, engineering, and design. Distru seeks 5+ years of full-stack experience, production experience with multi-agent harnesses and MCPs, and experience in an early-stage startup environment. The company describes its team as fully remote and global.
