Sul ruolo
Oyster is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to reshape how its go-to-market teams use AI. Reporting to the AI Director and partnering with GTM leadership, this person will identify high-value opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, then lead complex initiatives from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact.
The work includes building and improving production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, APIs, orchestration platforms, and enterprise data. The engineer will also set reusable practices with peers, assess risk and data quality, measure post-launch performance, and help teams become confident using AI in everyday work. Oyster requires hands-on AI and automation experience, GTM operations knowledge, and a record of independently leading cross-functional work from ambiguous problems to outcomes.
