Sul ruolo

Oyster is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help make business functions AI native, initially across People & Legal, Finance, and Operations. Reporting to the AI Director, you’ll partner with functional leaders to find high impact opportunities, redesign workflows, and build production AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, APIs, orchestration platforms, and enterprise data.

You’ll lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and measurement, balancing business value, feasibility, data quality, reliability, risk, and human oversight. The role also includes embedding AI into everyday work, improving solutions after launch, sharing reusable patterns with other AI Solutions Engineers, and mentoring colleagues. Oyster requires 3+ years of hands on AI and automation experience alongside a track record of independently leading cross functional work from ambiguous problems to measurable impact. The role.
