Sul ruolo
Scrambly is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and operate the data platform behind its commercial decisions. The role spans analytical pipelines and warehouse models in Dataform and BigQuery, plus analysis that informs spending, rewards, fraud protection, and product decisions. You will work with the Head of Data, incoming Data Scientists, Backend, User Acquisition, and Account Management as an early hire on a data team being built from scratch.
The position combines production ownership with analytical judgment: improving inherited pipelines, creating data quality checks and alerts, managing warehouse performance and cost, and turning open business questions into recommendations. Scrambly seeks 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI, or a related role, along with strong SQL, Python, modeling skills, and production pipeline experience. The company says it is flexible on level and will match title and compensation to experience.
