Sul ruolo

Sia Partners is hiring a Senior Consultant / Associate Manager in Data Science and AI Engineering for its Milan office, with hybrid work. The role contributes to digital transformation projects in Italy and abroad, developing artificial intelligence solutions and helping clients turn complex business questions into insights for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include providing technical leadership on client projects, guiding clients on transformation risks and target architectures, and helping junior colleagues build relevant skills. The consultant will also contribute to internal research and development, new use cases, and business development. The role asks for a STEM master’s degree, 3-6 years of consulting experience in data science or AI as an architect, knowledge of ML and GenAI, programming and databases, and experience with an AI cloud service and transformation projects.
