Senior Data Analyst: Multiple Teams

Constructor, a US-based ecommerce search and discovery platform powered by in-house transformer and LLM technology, is hiring Senior Data Analysts across multiple teams including Data Science Integrations, Ranking, Recommendations, AI Shopping Agents, Personalization, and Retail Media. The engine handles over 1 billion queries daily in 150 languages for major retailers like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.

You will work at the intersection of data, product, and machine learning: analyzing user behavior at scale, designing and evaluating A/B tests, defining and validating metrics, and building dashboards and data tools that shape product decisions. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, a solid grasp of statistics and experimentation, and familiarity with ML pipelines, ranking, or search relevance. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and customers in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
