Senior Data Analyst

Ruby Labs, a consumer tech company operating across health, education, and entertainment, is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support a new job application platform. The position is fully remote, and the company explicitly welcomes applicants from any country located within approximately four hours of Central European Time, which comfortably includes Italy. Work is offered under a flexible independent contractor agreement.

The analyst will own data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting across marketing, billing, and product domains, partnering with Product Owners and data teams. Daily work spans user behavior and aha moment analysis, A/B and homogeneity testing, KPI monitoring, and building SQL data models. Candidates need at least three years of analytics experience, advanced SQL, a product analytics background, and fluency in English plus Russian or Ukrainian. Familiarity with Mixpanel, GA4 or Amplitude, BI tools such as Tableau or Looker, and subscription businesses is expected.
