Sul ruolo

Ruby Labs is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support its subscription products and web funnels. The analyst will partner with Product, Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Finance to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value, with a focus on trusted tracking, strong data models, and decision-ready reporting. The work spans funnel and payment performance analysis, user behavior, event taxonomy, dashboards, and reusable SQL models.

The role owns analysis from problem framing through recommendations and includes mentoring junior and middle analysts. Applicants should have at least three years of data analyst experience, advanced SQL, product analytics experience, and familiarity with event analytics and BI tools. Subscription business and payment analysis experience are required. Ruby Labs welcomes applicants within approximately four hours of CET, and offers a remote work environment.
