SE Ranking is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own the analysis behind company decisions, from experiment design through to the recommendations leadership acts on. You will work across product, marketing, R&D and revenue, shaping the metrics the business steers by and building the datasets and models that others depend on. The role spans the full analytics stack: SQL, Python, Looker and a migration to dbt, plus an internal MCP tool called AI Analyst that lets stakeholders self-serve answers.

This is a broad, autonomous position on a small senior data team. You will judge whether an A/B test is viable, design it properly when it is, and build credible quasi-experimental reads when it is not. The team wants someone opinionated who ends with a recommendation and is honest about confidence, including when a result is.
