Sul ruolo

Welyk is recruiting a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer for Digital Pills, a Turin data consultancy. The Martech role combines hands-on implementation with technical ownership of a small specialist team. You will lead complex web and app analytics projects, audit client infrastructures and design tracking and activation architectures.

The position requires at least six years in MarTech or advanced analytics, including two at senior level, with strong stakeholder communication and mentoring experience. Core tools include Google Tag Manager, GA4, app analytics, advanced SQL and cloud data warehouses. Fluent Italian and C1 English are requested. The hybrid arrangement normally includes around eight days each month in the Turin office. The advertised base salary is €50,000 to €60,000, with separate performance bonus and welfare benefits. Training and research receive dedicated time.
