Sul ruolo

Join a consultancy delivering data engineering work for a Dutch insurance client. You will build ingestion pipelines that transform high volumes of documents, including PDFs, scans, emails, and Office files, into structured data for downstream RAG and AI models. The work also covers data source inventories, canonical data contracts, evidence and audit models, and connectors to external providers and national registers.

You will connect Databricks with legacy databases and core systems, then apply version control, CI/CD, and automated testing across the pipeline lifecycle. The contract is remote within the EU, is expected to run through July 2027 with a possible extension, and calls for 5-10 years of data engineering experience. Python, SQL, Databricks, SQL Server integration, and data modelling are mandatory.
