Sul ruolo

Clera is hiring a Senior Data Scientist for its fintech data products team. The role combines applied modeling with the infrastructure needed to make machine learning reliable in production. You will build models for transaction coding suggestions, document understanding, and retrieval-augmented or agentic systems, while defining how the team evaluates, deploys, monitors, versions, and retrains them.

The work also includes partnering with data engineering on model registries, feature stores, serving patterns, and drift monitoring. You will translate business needs into modeling questions, design experiments such as A/B tests and causal analyses, and establish team practices and technical standards. Applicants need at least six years of data science or applied ML experience, including models shipped to production, with strong Python, SQL, statistical modeling, and ML infrastructure knowledge.
