Sul ruolo
Awin is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to turn company data into commercial insights and production machine learning solutions. The work spans forecasting, recommendation systems, network intelligence, experimentation, and predictive modelling. You will partner with Product, Commercial, Engineering, and Data teams to shape problems, define success measures, and deliver solutions from discovery through deployment.
The role includes leading feature pipelines, models, and MVPs, setting evaluation and monitoring practices, and contributing to the data science roadmap. Awin is seeking someone with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and Databricks skills, and a track record of taking analytical solutions to business impact. The position includes mentoring other data scientists and offers a four-day Flexi-Week alongside hybrid or remote flexibility.
