Sul ruolo
Scrambly is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to build and own models that guide user acquisition spending, reward pricing, and fraud decisions. The core challenge is forecasting user and cohort value from early behaviour, then keeping predictions useful as products and markets change. The role also covers bidding, segmentation, and abuse detection, with model evaluation tied to commercial outcomes.
This is an early hire on a data team being built from scratch, working closely with the Head of Data and collaborating with engineers and commercial teams. You will take models from problem framing through deployment and monitoring. Scrambly seeks experience with production decision models, LTV or ROAS prediction, and adtech or mobile performance marketing. The company says level and compensation will reflect the candidate’s experience and scope.
