Sul ruolo

Smallpdf is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to investigate the drivers of growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, monetization, and retention. The role sits between Data Science, Product, and Growth, with work spanning marketing channel performance, attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, and causal inference. You will translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous analysis and recommendations that inform decisions across a document platform used by millions.

The position includes end-to-end ownership, from working with raw data and building production-ready models to interpreting results and presenting actions to stakeholders. You will partner with Product, Growth, engineering, and leadership, and proactively explore changes in traffic, conversion, and customer behavior. Smallpdf supports remote work across eligible European locations, with a hybrid option in Zurich.
