Sul ruolo

BCG X is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed AI Scientist to build and deploy analytics and AI solutions for large capital projects. The work spans the full analytics value chain, from framing operational challenges and developing models to turning project data into actionable insights. You would collaborate with BCG consultants, operations specialists, AI engineers, and client teams to improve project delivery through predictive analytics, optimization, simulation, and AI.

The role calls for a master's degree or PhD in a quantitative or computing field and 4-7 years of relevant experience. Candidates should bring Python skills, knowledge of capital project planning and scheduling, and experience in areas such as supply chain, procurement, engineering, or cost optimization. Italian and English communication skills are required, along with comfort in client-facing work and the ambition to lead teams.
