Sul ruolo
Nebius is hiring a Senior ML Engineer to build the machine learning behind an agent-native search platform. The role covers retrieval, reranking, search relevance, embedding based indexing, and models for crawling, data selection, and content understanding. Its systems serve high throughput queries in production around the clock, with work spanning model deployment and integration into production services.
The engineer will define quality metrics and evaluation pipelines, analyze latency, quality, and cost trade offs, and contribute to product and architecture decisions. Nebius seeks at least five years of software engineering or applied ML experience, production model deployment, and hands on experience with retrieval, ranking, recommendation, or similar problems. Search, information retrieval, embeddings, transformers, and LLM based systems are useful additional experience.
