Sul ruolo

WeRoad is hiring a Staff/Lead Data Engineer to guide a small, senior data team and shape the data platform supporting its travel business. The role owns data architecture across BigQuery and the semantic layer, along with ingestion and orchestration using Airflow and dlt. It also covers self-serve BI tooling for stakeholders working across multiple markets.

The engineer will set technical direction, mentor other engineers, and advance AI-enabled data engineering practices. The remit includes data governance and trust, with an opportunity to influence how a fast-growing travel platform builds and uses its data capabilities.
