Sul ruolo
Polar Analytics is hiring a full-time Technical Founders Associate focused on software engineering, data and AI. Its commerce platform combines data sources in Snowflake, adds a semantic layer, and supports AI-driven questions and workflows. The role involves deploying customer-facing AI agents from workflow scoping through production and measuring their business impact.
You will own customer relationships, build pipelines and core AI infrastructure, and turn bespoke deployments into reusable platform capabilities. Working directly with the CTO, responsibilities can include architecture decisions, technical pre-sales and operational troubleshooting. Candidates need strong engineering fundamentals, JavaScript and SQL, excellent English, and curiosity about LLMs and agents. The position requires autonomy, organization and comfort with changing priorities.
